Loved this course!

I got the Healing Touch home study course for self-care and I have been using this to help with stress and pain. It is easy to follow and the workbook is really helpful. I used the DVD to learn how to do Healing Touch and now I can just refer to the workbook. I try to set aside about 15 minutes a day to do the techniques and I am feeling so much better - it WORKS! I also like that this comes from a program that is credible and supports nurses.
