Find serenity in the now—even during challenging life situations—by learning “presencing.”
Full Description

More people are discovering the freedom of being fully present in the moment, yet how do we stay present in the middle of a family crisis or a hectic workday?

With The Power of Presence, Peter Senge presents a practical seminar in a skill he calls “presencing”: a method for applying the serenity of living in the now to even our most demanding, high-pressure challenges.

On this wholly original audio program, this MIT teacher and pioneering author of The Fifth Discipline teaches you a powerful approach to living that starts with resting in open, nonjudgmental awareness—and leads to clear actions for creating positive change and opening to larger fields of synchronicity. Join Peter Senge to explore:

  • “Theory U”—a three-stage process for attuning ourselves individually and collectively to every facet of a situation and then acting from our deepest wisdom
  • Tested tools for presencing—dialogue interviews, learning journeys, and peer shadowing
  • Personal practices—techniques for opening your sensory capacities, slowing down your mind, expanding your empathy, and more

Through his acclaimed seminars and work with businesses, nonprofits, and educational institutions, Peter Senge has helped thousands worldwide use presencing to create effective change in the world. With The Power of Presence, you will learn to let go of the limiting “truths”of your life—and discover the limitless potential that arises when you connect with the ever-changing reality of each moment.

Review for The Power of Presence

Sorry, this is a disappointing program to me. I am a artist and art therapist and I am looking for break through information on the essence of presence in therapy and its transformative quality. In this program Peter Senge talks about the development of open corporate thinking for corporate changes, it might be useful for people who work in that field. For me it felt like many words and stories to say things that are obvious, not to say already updated. There is no real information about the actual subject of HOW to be present in many situations, with practical technics. Which goes through the body and the breath,as well as the development of different ways of listening, observing and sensing. Thank god it was on sale ;-) still looking for good practical teaching on the power of presence !!!
