Five-session course reveals qigong's secrets of breathing, posture, and healing imagery.
Full Description

For over 2,000 years, qigong has been a cornerstone of traditional Chinese healing. While generally unrecognized by Western medical science, this noninvasive, preventative healing system is viewed by millions of Chinese as a way of mastering the energy that permeates all of nature and humanity—the qi—that is literally the breath of life.

Ken Cohen’s The Practice of Qigong is a complete study course that teaches how to bring this natural system for mind-body healing into your life. This Taoist master covers every phase of qigong theory and practice, including 25 rare meditation exercises with specific instructions for breathing, postures, and visualizations. Now you can fully explore this fascinating system for peak mental and physical balance.

The Practice of Qigong is more than an alternative approach to gaining better health. It is a golden pathway to a greater aliveness; and ultimately, to oneness with the universe itself.

NOTE: Please note that this title is contained within the Essential Qigong Training Course.
