    About Pema Chödrön

    Pema Chödrön is a well-known and beloved American-born Buddhist nun and author of many spiritual classics. She serves as the resident teacher at Gampo Abbey Monastery in Nova Scotia and is a student of Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche and the late Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche.     3 Steps to Courage, Pema Chodron

    Always love Pema’s audios…especially the Tonglen audios. She has a sense of humor, and explains the difficult Buddhist concepts so even I can grasp them. If you want some serenity in your life, try leaning into your pain through Tonglen.
