What I LOVE about this very sweet & amazingly transformative sound journey is that Richard Rudis is projecting the PHI Ratio & the Fibonacci Sequence through the Earth Gong while addressing each Chakra in turn bringing us back into harmony with Nature (fibonacci mathmatical sequence found in all living matter). The Earth Gong resonates at 136.1 Hertz which is the frequency of Joy & of our Earth so with the Gong, the mathmatical sequences & all the Sacred Geometry he projects through the Gong during this hour long experience is truly life changing on a Spiritual, Mental, Emotional & Physical level. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone. Also a wonderful tool for clearing spaces at work & in the home if any funky energy creeps in from neighbors. Worth every penny!

So many textures; this gong journey brings us out of body and into the cosmos. Best to listen with headphones to be totally immersed in the oh so many voices of this magnificient instrument skillfully played by a master.

i listen on my computer or ipod, so don't know if the vibration would be enhanced with larger system. Even so, my body seems to resonate with the gong. for me it has provided a powerful background while doing yoga and napping. Tried it a few times for sleeping and it seemed like too much stuff got stirred up so that sleep was full of dreams.

I would have been better off to go and sit somewhere and listen to heavy equipment operate for an hour. I'm very disappointed to say the least.

This is an amazing healing experience and the music is quite different from anything I've heard before.
