This became my favourite podcast of 2024. I found Joana's and Jess' discussions (as well as their emotional ruminations) highly motivating to get more serious about gardening and looking for options to move out into the countryside, after years of being a city dweller.
Lots of similar resources help you develop practical ideas about _what_ can be done to protect our environment and climate, but few help cope in a productive way with the emotional toll that that _necessecity_ imposes.
Wishing them good health and the best of luck!
