At this moment, there are endless gifts residing in your heart. In Whatever Arises, Love That, Matt Kahn invites you to “discover for yourself how powerful, inspired, and fulfilled you were always meant to be, once the act of opening your heart is recognized as the timeless remover of every obstacle.”
Full Description

An exploration of unconditional love as the most powerful force for transforming every part of your life

For spiritual teacher Matt Kahn, there are four simple words that point the way toward freedom and fulfillment: “Whatever arises, love that.”

With Whatever Arises, Love That, Kahn explores the vast potential within that seemingly simple phrase. Kahn provides a series of deeply healing insights and practices to ignite the spark of your highest potential, illuminating concepts such as surrendering on the spiritual journey, untangling the energetic roots of the ego, reclaiming the joy of your true innocent nature, and reuniting the heart and mind as a doorway to spiritual evolution. Here you will also discover:

  • The surprising first step for finding inner peace
  • Why the ego feeds on unprocessed emotional stimulation
  • How to observe and understand the constant chatter of the mind
  • Recognizing the significance of every arising moment, no matter its content
  • The critical importance of slowing down to fully experience the present moment
  • Mastering the vital skill of conscious communication to uplift every relationship and encounter
  • Why “awakening” is different for everyone—and almost always unexpected
  • The journey required to meet your own Ascended Masters

As Matt often says, “The deepest invitation in any moment is to heal the root of human suffering and celebrate the Spirit in all by opening your heart to its absolute potential. In a universe of endless questions, love is the only answer.” Whatever Arises, Love That is a new blueprint for exploring spiritual evolution in the most heart-centered way.

Speaks to the darkness of today by exposing the Light of Love

Matt Kahn is one extraordinary writer and spiritual leader. I have read his book twice and will continue to because the Topic LOVE it seems to me is so misunderstood that Matt's message raises this topic to heights I have never experienced before, in all the spiritual studies I've done over the years. It speaks to the trauma in our world today by demonstrating a powerful lesson on what each soul can achieve by envisioning LOVE in a whole way and grand manner.

Astounding revelations throughout.

This book has opened my heart wider than I could have ever imagined. It's hard to explain, you'll just have to read it yourself to understand and then forget what I mean. :)

Can't get past the Intro

I've had the privilege of taking the best online course imaginable on soundstrue.com---Jack and Tara's 'Power of Awareness'. On this same website, Matt's book was recommended. I checked a video of him on YouTube -- didn't think much of it but bought the book based on your reviews. Seriously? Did you read the intro? Is it an SNL skit? Astral drivel? Don't waste your time or money.

Do you want to know Who you really are and Why you are really here? Read this book.

Step by step, Matt pulls away the veils (walls?) that we each have erected around our innocent soul so that we could survive a frenetic, chaotic, unsafe, 3D world. But now is the time, he says, for us to feel safe and loved and powerful -- no matter what arises in our lives. But we are the only ones who can create that safety and love. It's not hard to do, he says, but it does require that we journey into our innocent heart moment by moment. Matt shows us exactly how to do that, in ingenious, effortless ways. This is not another spiritual book that strives to make you a better, more competitive player in an over-heated society. It shows us how to live at the natural speed of our heart; the only way we can transform everything, and everyone, on Earth. Matt is like a powerful magnet drawing our already-immaculate being out to play. Highly recommended. If you are unsure, go to YouTube and listen to any of his freely-given talks.
