Outstanding
I had this series on VHS and this is the 1st I've seen it available on DVD. Mr. Freeman is an outstanding instructor of Ashtanga Yoga. He explains instructions clearly and repeats as necessary. He begins with an explanation of breath and the energy of Chi. Previously, I had only practiced Hatha Yoga and found this to be a great addition to my yoga practice. At least a basic general knowledge of yoga might be helpful, but certainly not necessary if one has never tried yoga. I highly recommend this DVD to any student or practitioner of yoga. Enjoy! Namaste.
