Very good but not for everybody
I have been meditating for a very long time. But when I listen to the deep gamma rhythm on these CD's, it feels -- well, strange. Since I am not a Buddhist monk who meditates for hours each day, maybe it should feel that way. But it makes me wonder what the CD's will sound like or feel like to a less experienced meditator. The music might be soothing as background music but most people I think would find it too strange for that. Like some of Dr. Thompson's other CD's, these are flowing sounds rather than musical melodies. If you're not an experienced meditator, I don't think these will make you one. But if you would like to experience what gamma rhythms feel like and try using them for mediation, I can recommend these. I'm quite happy with them.
