Love-Love-Lovely Review by Pixzy

Wow. Tara Brach's work is transformational. Her gentleness, her compassion, her use of self-disclosure and candor were brilliant. It helped me to uncover ways that shame was operating that I was so unaware of -- not in the "self-help" sense, but in an affirming and self-loving way. I've been recommending this audio to almost everyone! It can be challenging and freeing. 5 stars! (Posted on July 2, 2015)

This touches on all my issues and questions Review by Teresa

I've only listened to the first 50 or so minutes, but I'm already re-listening again and again. I'm so grateful for this audio download. I value Tara's wisdom because she describes experiences that she went through that are similar to mine and the realizations that she had because of them. I appreciate that she touches on so many of the questions I ask myself during self reflection and in daily life. This is helping me to understand myself so that I can heal, but also is helping me to understand humanity, especially the society I live in. I look forward to the healing practices. Review for Radical Self-Acceptance Review by Nell B.

I did not like this CD, mainly because I found it way too cheesy and "deep" in a way that made it a caricature. Tara Brach, in my opinion, is way too serious in this CD... could she really believe the ridiculous stuff she spouts... like everyone she passes, she says to herself, "You are my friend." Sorry that is creepy and probably a bad idea. I would reccomend Pema Chodron's CD How to meditate, very down to earth compared to this CD. (Posted on October 24, 2014)
