Great beginner's book

Sandra has an informative writing style that is easily understood. She addresses many questions about journeying and different destinations are discussed. Wishing I had found this access sooner.

Highly Recommended!!

This is a wonderful introduction to the magical and tangible shamanic journey. Sandra Ingerman has a beautiful gift of reaching common, modern people and helping to guide the way into their deep connection with themselves, their spirit guides, and the Great Spirit. She writes in a humble, clear, and strong way. Her wisdom, experience, and caring heart are such special gifts!

introductory bliss

How do you begin your journey into the JOURNEY? Sandra Ingerman thank you so much :-) I was advised to move forward spiritually by way of shamanic journey and was guided to this book. It is an assured guiding instruction filled with nurturing direction to help you discover the invisible. A lovely much needed gift in my life's path. Want to continue working, studying and healing with Sandra Ingerman for well, ever really :-) :-) :-)

This was suppose to be a CD I see in my account it is digital. Big problem for me I guess if I do not want to loose my money I will need to purchase an MP# player. will rate once I purchase player.

I was disappointed that the download of the three drumming sessions was a single file and not three separate ones. It would be much more useful if it had been separated that way as there's no reason, in actual use, that anyone would listen to all three in a row. Otherwise, it was fine. The ebook download worked well.
