Great material from David Reynolds. Too bad his not more well-known. His stuff is rock solid. I strongly suggest you get acquainted with his material if your goal is to face reality as is instead of chasing some spiritual holy grails.

Review for Constructive Living

For those who have sought answers from many places and have been disappointed--for those who start out skeptical, who reject empty assurances--for those who merely wish to see reality--this is for you. Upon listening to Dr. Reynolds' words, a few people will reach the end of a very long search for a lifeway on which one can rely.
