Disappointing
I'd follow Tara Brach anywhere, but this program set up with her "friends" leading most of the weekly community meditations, was just disappointing. Her friends are children with little psychological sophistication and not a lot of meditation experience. I did enjoy David Cabrera's Qigong/tapping session, though that wasn't meditation per se. We're actually paying for the 8 or 9 times we'll be seeing Tara live. The Sounds True platform I found non-intuitive and clumsy. Accessing all the course materials was a real awkward challenge. I'm grateful--really--that Tara put this together following the election. I just wish other more experienced teachers had been involved and a different platform used.
