2026 - The Inner MBA® Program

A six-month certificate program and global learning community

Created by Sounds True in partnership with the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley, the reimagined Inner MBA® program is for people who are building, leading, guiding, serving, or reimagining what they do — and who want to do it with greater consciousness, clarity, and care.

Enrollment opens just once a year.

For 2026, the program opens with a live event on the campus of the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley — attend in person or live online, with full access to recordings. Three days together to meet the cohort, learn with faculty, and begin the practices and conversations that carry through the six months that follow. From there, the program continues from wherever you are — through live teaching, guided practice, individualized coaching, and a learning community of peers who care deeply about how they live, work, and contribute.
