2026 - The Inner MBA® Program Application

The first step toward Inner MBA Cohort 6.

The Inner MBA® is a six-month certificate program from Sounds True, in partnership with the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley. Reimagined for 2026, the program opens with a three-day kickoff event at International House at UC Berkeley on October 23–25, followed by six months of live teaching, individual coaching, masterclasses, and a global cohort of peers committed to meaningful growth.

Enrollment begins with an application.

Submit your application. 

We will review your application and within 48–72 hours, and if accepted, you'll receive an email with the simple next steps to choose your tier and reserve your spot.

If you are accepted and enroll, the full $50 application fee is credited toward your tuition. You'll Important to know:

• The $50 application fee is required to begin the application process.

• If accepted and enrolled, the fee is fully credited toward your tuition.

• The application fee is non-refundable if your application is not accepted or if you choose not to enroll.
