Very informative

I purchase the audio version on Amazon. It was easy to listen and follow and also highly informative. Great for beginners. It made me interested in learning more about this ancient healing lifestyle.

Extremely informative and easy to understand.

Highly recommended! Dr. Suhas Kshirsagar's Ayurveda Wellness 6 CD audio learning course is a treasure. Not only does he make the science of Ayurveda easy to understand but he is very entertaining to listen to as well; quite funny! I listen to his CD's on the way to work and he always gives me something to think about for the day. I am more mindful of my dosha and how to keep it balanced. The downloadable PDF reinforces the lectures. What I would really like is to have his chants transcribed and translated into writing. Thank you Soundstrue!
