excellent for Reiki

I have worn out one of the CD's already -- I use it when I give Reiki treatments and truly does quiet the mind and therefore, healing takes place.

E Tolle's Music to quiet the mind is awesome! I absolutely love it. My laptop crashed and I am not yet tech savvy enough to figure out how to listen to it on my iphone although I am sur it is probably a very simple thing thing to do. I'm looking forward to getting back to it soon!

I purchased this CD many years ago when it was first released. It is the perfect blend of music that promotes stilling of the mind. I never tire of listening too it.
