In The Healing Trauma Program, you gained tools to find safety and connection in your nervous system, gradually neutralize triggers, and self-regulate in the face of stress.

Integrate the healing work you have done in 2022 alongside the new students in The Healing Trauma Program of 2023.

90-Minute Monthly Alumni Meetings with Dr. Jeffrey Rutstein

Receive support around some of the most challenging topics in trauma healing from the advanced sessions Dr. Rutstein has prepared especially for those who join him as alumni. (Topics may include overcoming shame and other obstacles to self-compassion, trauma bonding vs. healthy co-regulation, understanding and healing conflict, and how to work with dissociation.)

Special Presentations with Faculty

Learn from your favorite trauma experts as they offer presentations on special topics designed just for alumni of The Healing Trauma Program.

Two Live Practice Sessions Every Month

Attend interactive live practice sessions to help you more deeply integrate, embody, and activate your learning in the world.

About Jeffrey Rutstein

Dr. Jeffrey Rutstein is a clinical psychologist, an expert in the treatment of trauma, a certified Hakomi Mindfulness-Centered Somatic psychotherapist, and a meditation teacher who has been in private practice for over 35 years. He has practiced meditation for over 50 years. He has devoted his professional life to helping people reduce their suffering and struggle while empowering them to claim their strengths, their talents, and their unique abilities to live a more fulfilling and rich life.
