Good beginning book about Shamanic Journeying
I have been doing guided meditation for about seven years now. Recently, I have become more interested in Shamanic journeying. I liked most of this book. I identified with the author's background and experiences even though I have very little experience knowing about Shamans. Most of the information was easily digestible and I enjoyed doing the exercises. There was nothing too far out in this book.(I didn't quite understand the information presented about physics and the universe but that stuff doesn't interest me at all.)
