"Like a Squirrel eating a nut" - Nadi Shodhana will never be the same again.
This course has been so helpful, in skilfully showing just how valuable adding pranayama to an existing asana practice can be.
I was fortunate enough to experience Richard Freeman's teaching style some years ago, as I pieced together the Ashtanga first series asanas, and so knew that I could trust the content of this course completely. I doubt there are many other people who could present it so thoroughly, while keeping it simple and inspiring to pursue.
Every question that I've ever had (so far) on pranayama, has been answered here. Thank you.
