A Beginner's Meditation Retreat -- and yet!
Sharon Salzberg has the most trustworthy, soothing, and intelligent voice! The practice is perfect for those not familiar with longer retreat experiences. Nonetheless, the lessons are full of kindness and wisdom as is the booklet accompanying them. I think, no matter how long we've been practicing, learning from a skilled and wise teacher is always of value.

Soothing and effective
I've heard Ms. Salzberg speak online, so I listened to the little sample (5 min.). Wow. Wahe Guru! Her voice is soothing and peaceful. In fact, I was still meditating after the sample was over!
My body's developed a condition that changed my situations and body in many ways. The true causes of the condition are coming up with a quickness, with a great force, to be acknowledged, healed, and transformed into energies of light.
Thank you for this most helpful and benevolent tool to help me as I navigate my healing journey. Sat Nam!
