Just awesome!

Just what my soul has been longing for. Having had the spiritual virus for the last 15 years I have covered a lot of ground, and much of it has been rewarding. But now it seems the time has come to shake it all loose. And thank god, this showed up, not a moment too soon. Great fun and a great antidote for any stiffness in the soul. Highly irreverent. Highly recommended!

if you didn't get it, you haven't shaken your paradigm

pair away your paraDIGm and just 'dig' it...jeez, some tight bottoms can't let loose and enjoying living and breathing the metaphor.....

if you're uptight, you won't like this....but doesn't that mean you probably need it?

6 cds of non-stop non-stopping...some strategic pausing, sure, but this was connected my old world 'knowledge' of seething/shaking to this new world 'gnosis' of body/spirit-ness ;)

highly recommended...especially for the frumpy souls we all love nonetheless...hey hey ho HA!

Review for Shaking

Being Brad's student since 1999 in Brazil, I would suggest you get curious to move and shake without preconceived expectations of what music means to you. Let it just move you and rise you to your higher source.

Maybe a good start would be the book "Energy break".
