Not helpful

This program is not what I expected. I was expecting an instructional course on shamanism that describes the techniques and methods of shamanism for beginners.

This program is none of that.

Sandra Ingerman just says some general stuff about shamanism without going into depth, and then she bangs some drums for a few minutes. There is no mention of techniques and I feel that it wastes a lot of time discussing useless stuff.

1/5 I wouldn't recommend this program

Deep teaching

Great teaching by Sandra.

It is a deep experience to journey, explore our inner garden, meet the ancestors and transmute ourself.

With Alberto Villoldo, Sandra is one my favorite shamanic teacher.
