The Sounds true experience was very upsetting. They didn’t let us into zoom even though we paid for class. They acknowledged their mistake but did nothing to make it right. I will never take another True course again. Difficult to navigate the online system. No way to connect with a human. The IFS content was good, the Sounds True experience was 0 stars
