I have listened to this audio book tons of times already. I enjoy learning something new from it every time. Sandra Ingerman is insightful and full of good information. I highly recommend it!

An excellent beginner's guide, accessible and straightforward--yet one from which I still learn new things, even after many years of journey practice. Clearly explains the purpose of journeying, where we go, who we meet there, and how to prepare for and carry out this practice.

This is a small thin volume with very basic info only, I think a little too basic even for the beginner. The drumming CD achieves its purpose, but if you are mainly buying the book for the CD you can purchase better drumming or journeying CDs separately.
