What if we held within our minds the potential to transform our personal lives and the collective life of our species? Full Description

Learn How Your Thoughts Hold the Power to Transform Your Life from the Cells Up

It has been more than 15 years since the publication of The Biology of Belief, Dr. Bruce H. Lipton’s seminal book that changed the way we think about our lives, our health, and our planet. During that time, research in the field of epigenetics has grown exponentially, and Dr. Lipton’s groundbreaking experiments have been reinforced by more than a decade of rigorous scientific study.

Now, this unabridged audio of the book explores Dr. Lipton’s experiments and those of other leading-edge scientists who have unraveled the profound connections between the mind, body, and spirit.

It is now widely recognized that genes and DNA do not control our biology. Instead, they are controlled by signals from outside the cell, including energetic messages emanating from our thoughts. This profoundly hopeful synthesis of the latest and best research in cell biology and quantum physics puts the power to create a healthy, joyous life back in our own hands.

Through simple language, humor, and real-life examples, you’ll discover how epigenetics is revolutionizing our understanding of the link between mind and matter. When we transform our conscious and subconscious thoughts, Dr. Lipton teaches, we transform our lives—and in the process, we help humanity evolve to a new level of understanding and peace.

Narrated by Jeffrey Hedquist.

Insightful

I really appreciate the passion and enthusiasm the author has for his work and the insightful knowledge that he shares.

However, there is a lot of depth and detail to the scientific content and for a layperson like myself, it was challenging to digest the material due to the fast and continuous pace in which he spoke. I continually wanted to re-listen to segments, but trying to manage that process on my mp3 player while driving wasn't safe.

I would suggest that the producers at Sounds True pay more attention to recording details like this and help guide the recording process so the listening experience is optimized.

Insightful and essential knowledge

I've downloaded the audio book, and will be listening a third and perhaps multiple more times to retain all of the valuable information Dr. Lipton has shared from his research and life experience.

A person with an inquisitive mind and desire to understand fundamental truths about our humanity really must call this an important key to open the door to higher learning. Fascinating, sometimes overwhelming amounts of data (critical and worth repeating for understanding) and very satisfying.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write!

Excellent book. My study group used this book for our discussion session and have continued to return to the concepts. I bought the audio version to keep the ideas alive. The topic is exciting!

Review for The Biology of Belief

This audio lecture was very well presented. I found the information easy to understand in contrast to reading Lipton's books. Most importantly, this material is critical in understanding our individual human consciousness, behavior, and how to most effectively make change.
