This is a profound teaching with pragmatic practices to enable us to contact our True Nature - Our Essence. Each interview is loaded with insights and meaning. It is not a primer for a beginner, but does offer tidbits to invite beginners to look deeper into the richness of The Diamond Approach. I would recommend reading other books by Hammeed (A.H. Almaas) to enhance these interviews. For you long-time (non)seekers on the path, this offers a number of resources to deepen one's practice, expand Self-awareness, and the means to encounter deep states of consciousness and Beingness, through to Non-Beingness too. Quite remarkable. We are blessed indeed by these insights and practices. I follow another spiritual path, but the Diamond Approach has enriched my life through its teaching on Inquiry, Meditation, and Sensing. Many thanks to Tami and Hammeed for this extraordinary series of interviews.

I was very disappointed with this cd set and returned it. I found the questions to be either way too basic or too advanced, with no practical strategies provided. However, I purchased one of Almaas's books after hearing the cds, since I could tell he was a true master but I just wasn't getting the information I wanted. I found his book The Unfolding Now to be one of the most brilliant and helpful spiritual resources I have ever come across. I would love to purchase a CD set based on these teachings. The material I found too advanced in The Diamond Approach, made perfect sense when explained in context in The Unfolding Now.

Its not grabbing me the way the ken Wilber, Allan Watts and Carolyn Myss material did but its still interesting.

These discs exceeded my expectations because they gave me new insight why addressing ego contractions as being important in order to experience essence in the fullest way.
