    The Energy Medicine Kit

    I read many reviews of this product which led me to purchase it. I was amazed at the energy cards. One side demonstrates exercises but the reverse side that gives information about them is completely unreadable. They used a tiny font with diluted white ink on an orange/yellow background. Not one person mentioned this in the reviews--my husband couldn't read the text either not even with a magnifying glass. How about a bold white font or the green ink that is prevalent in the kit? Very, very disappointed.

    Loved

    Donna Eden is such a bright light. The kit I received included a DvD, crystal as well as a booklet guide and cards of the techniques to have handy. Her instruction is energetic and I have started using the techniques throughput the day whenever I need a bit of energy or a moment or two of calm.

    Excellent!

    I have found the work of Donna Eden extremely transformative. Not since I discovered Buddhist dharma about 20 years ago have I been so drawn to and enbraced by a practice as I have with Energy Medicine. I have been doing her Daily Energy Routine for more than two months now and I am so grateful for the joy, energy and letting go it has fostered in me. The Kit is a perfect way to start. The CD and DVD bubble with Eden's effervescent spirit of compassion, joy and curiosity and the cards are so useful for keeping the exercises front and centre as you go through your day. If you have been looking for a practice that relaxes the body as a way to relax the mind as I was, then this might be what you are looking for. It's a wonderful accompaniment to other practices (Energy Medicine combines with meditation, yoga, tai chi, etc.practices beautifully.)

    I am so grateful to Donna Eden and David Feinstein for this amazing system of energy healing, and to Sounds True for publishing this highly accessible work in such a easy to use and understand format.

    Donna Eden is a vivacious teacher and combines modalities that work.

    I really like the packaging of the material but I do not like the music between sessions -- discordant and distracting breaks the energy.

    i would recommend this kit.
