Simple practices that you can use on your day-to-day life for last health
I bought this book last month when it launched on December 17th! I also bought the audiobook so that I can read along in the book (highly recommend btw), this book is a great read into the simple practices to help you live a vibrant life. Aging doesn't have to be scary, and this book puts my mind at ease.
Dr. Avanti Kumar-Singh did really well in her audiobook, it's like you are sitting in the room with her and she is giving you these pieces of wisdom on health & longevity. The book was also an easy read, with diagrams (for my fellow visual learners!!!) that help so much!
This is a must-read no matter where you are in life, many of the practices Dr. Avanti recommends in this book I've used in my day to day life. Like walking in nature, breath work for anxiety, and so much more.
