Practical Meditation

If I had to choose one course from all those offered at Sounds True as my all time favourite, it would be this one. It is so applicable and practical in our challenging world. It's easy to remember, easy to apply and it really helps to untangle those stuck times.

RAIN Meditation by Tara Brach

RAIN meditation captures all the wisdom about self-compassion in a simple 14 minute practice. Tara adds something that takes self-compassion to the next level. Brilliant and profoundly healing.

RAIN audio is a great reminder

Tara Brach's teachings have been meaningful to me. I re-listen and reflect on them often. RAIN has been most helpful in self examine and refocusing.
