Interesting
This is an excellent and fascinating series of talks and Q&As. I did find the description somewhat misleading though. While these talks are indeed full of “tips” and “evocative teaching stories and vignettes”, there is really nothing - for the beginner, especially - on “beginning practices for navigating non-ordinary states of reality and contacting helping spirits”. Certainly nothing that would guide you to that end. So, if you're at least a bit familiar with shamanism and looking for an insightful talk, this is for you. If you’re a complete beginner looking for beginner practices and guided meditations, look elsewhere. Sandra Ingerman would be a good one to start with.
