Getting so much from this
The talks are really enlightening and I can very much relate to what Adyashanti is saying. He describes what my approach to meditation has been up to now - no wonder I felt that I wasn’t getting anywhere!
I’ve been trying to be more accepting of my life situation for a long time. The first meditation is about allowing everything to be as it is, not as a practice for the mind but as an exploration of a state of being. I can feel my resistance melting away as I explore what it’s like.
Many years ago I was told that the longest journey is from the head to the heart. I now realise that I never really understood that until listening to these meditations. Thank you Adyashanti with all my heart!
