A Process for Change

Neurosculpting combines brain science and shamanism to provide a process you can use to lessen the grip of those bad habits we can't seem to shake. I experienced a reduction in the stress that seemed stuck on high idle. I felt more ease after the first practice and that has grown as I've used the process. I love how I can use my own imagination to change my state. Who knew change could be so easy. Let your mind work for you rather than against you. Thanks for this set. It's powerful!

Way too much scientific jargon

This might work for some people; I just find that if something is too grounded in scientific method, it lacks spontaneity and spirit.

I'd recommend Pema Chodron's talks on shenpa. They are very simple but profound.
