iMeditate Guided Practice Audio Series

A solitary tree may seem like a distinct object, but with closer reflection we see that it is supported by a network of connections that make its existence possible. In the same way, we are joined together with everyone and everything in the world through countless strands of relationship. Sharon Salzberg leads a meditation to help us deepen this realization and bring it into our everyday lives.
