A disappointing recording
I love Pema and listen to two of her other CDs: When Things Fall Apart and Start From Where You Are. This recording is disappointing for several reasons. It's a live recording, verses the other two which are audio versions of books being read. A live recording tends to have distractions like playing to the audience. I love Pema but this lecture sounds rambling and unstructured. Lot's of stream of consciousness and pauses to find the next thought. Hard for me to listen to and I only made it to the second CD before I lost patience with Pema's delivery. Maybe that's my lesson. I would not recommend this CD. Peace be with you.
