Great course that works

It is a greatly structured course and wonderfully applicable. It sets a strong foundation in our being / mind for changes that start to come forth in us, based on our personal value system. It’s not about those new year resolution type “wishes” but entirely about what our inner goal really is, which we most times have to find out first. I love Kelly M. -s deep knowledge and experience in the field AND her experience in these meditations and practices, which gives voice to a compassionate attitude. The daily practices are short but effective. One really can incorporate it in a full daily schedule, as a refreshing and supportive morning meditation / contemplation.

After 40 days the goal might be reached or not yet - but the inner stance and clarity is truly changed, which does its own work: strengthens our awareness , which is the very foundation of how we are going to make our choices. It might even feel, as if these 40 days work wonder.

I am going through it the third time - every time is like a refinement and deepening.

Very well created course, highly recommend !
